Home Watch Services
Seasonal home maintenance including closing down and opening homes at the beginning and end of season. Services include cleaning, fresh sheets, grocery shopping and stocking refrigerator so that your home is ready upon your arrival.
Monthly/bi-weekly/weekly peace of mind inspections. We check electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, as well as overall condition of the home and property.
Pick up mail and newspapers. Gone for the winter and don’t want your mail forwarded? We can ship it to you!
