If you are a buyer’s agent and your buyer is concerned about the cleanliness of the home they’re buying, we can also do a comprehensive vacancy clean for them to ensure that they have a turnkey home purchase and are not left with the responsibility of having to clean a dirty home before they move in.

We make pricing easy, too. We know that not all vacancy cleans are the same, so we charge $40/hour for actual time spent cleaning, allowing us to focus on all details. Our rate also includes products and equipment so you don’t have to worry about a thing. And, so that you can plan for potential costs, most homes can be done in approximately 15 to 20 hours.

In addition to our comprehensive vacancy cleans, we can also help pack and unpack your client’s home and make arrangements with the moving services. We can be on-site to manage the entire move – ensuring no damage occurs during the transition. We can even be on-site for any maintenance or service technician needs, like cable or phone companies.

Case Study One

One of our favorite projects was assisting the real estate team that sold a unique home in the Fremont area. After the home was sold, we managed the entire moving process – from packing all the boxes and artwork to arranging the details of the move with the moving company. In the homeowner’s new home, we unpacked everything and they were able to enter their new home with freshly-washed sheets and groceries in the refrigerator; never having to touch a single one of their items. We had a client who just purchased a gorgeous new home. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and was an upgrade from their previous home. When they got the keys at closing and saw their empty new home, they quickly realized just how dirty it really was. Unfortunately, the previous owners didn’t take the time to deep clean after they moved out. Feeling overwhelmed, our clients asked us to do a comprehensive vacancy cleaning for them quickly. The TaskPro team cleaned the entire house – from top to bottom – including the inside of the garage.
